For questions, bug reports and suggestions about the PineTone browser keyboard, contact Mosi Audio, the provider of the simulator.

These are Mosi Audio's published contact channels; the form opens on its own website and is covered by that website's privacy policy.

## Report a problem or suggest an improvement

Give your report a short title and describe the steps that led to the problem, what you expected and what happened instead. For a playback, layout or import problem, include your browser, device type and the screen you were using: Grove, Trail or Rings. If a score causes the problem, share only a small example you have permission to send. A screenshot can help with a visual problem, but remove personal details before attaching it.

## Account and privacy questions

Use the contact email for questions about your data or to ask how to exercise your privacy rights. Do not send passwords, sign-in links or an entire account export. Describe the request first so that only information needed to handle it is shared. The [privacy page](/privacy) describes what PineTone keeps and the available data controls.

You can download your account data or delete your account from Settings in PineTone. You can also download a browser backup there. Deleting an account removes its synced data; data in your browser stays until you clear it. Read the confirmation before using a deletion or reset control.

## Browser service and physical instrument

This contact page covers the browser simulator. The simulator is provided by Mosi Audio, which also makes the PineTone instrument. Pre-orders and questions about the physical instrument are separate from the browser service and covered by the instrument's own terms of sale.
