Report a problem or suggest an improvement
Give your report a short title and describe the steps that led to the problem, what you expected and what happened instead. For a playback, layout or import problem, include your browser, device type and the screen you were using: Grove, Trail or Rings. If a score causes the problem, share only a small example you have permission to send. A screenshot can help with a visual problem, but remove personal details before attaching it.
Account and privacy questions
Use the contact email for questions about your data or to ask how to exercise your privacy rights. Do not send passwords, sign-in links or an entire account export. Describe the request first so that only information needed to handle it is shared. The privacy page describes what PineTone keeps and the available data controls.
You can download your account data or delete your account from Settings in PineTone. You can also download a browser backup there. Deleting an account removes its synced data; data in your browser stays until you clear it. Read the confirmation before using a deletion or reset control.
